Terms and Conditions

The rates above are quoted for the entire Villa, with a maximum of 8 guests.

The accommodation sleeps 8 people and this number may only be exceeded with the written consent of the Bishopsview. Should such consent be given, the Bishopsview reserves the right to increase the rental accordingly.

A minimum stay of 7 days is required. Long-stays, or less than 8 guests, may result in reduced rates.

The rates are subject to change at any time at the owner's discretion.

Smoking in the Villa is not permitted.

Children over the age of 12 are welcome. Due to pools, balconies and staircases the Villa is not suitable for younger children.

The Bishopsview is booked out as an entire unit, offering guest's use of the entire Villa and complete privacy.

A deposit of 50% is required immediately to secure the booking, and the balance (50%) is payable 2 weeks before arrival. Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is required.
