Some travelers find the villa rental process confusing or scary, when it is anything but!  Here, we answer some of your most common questions and concerns about renting villas, from how to find the perfect property to the amenities you can expect every villa to have.

  1. Browse Bishopsview.com (or .co.za) and be convinced that this luxury villa will be home for the holiday of a lifetime! Then send a request online

    Call our cellular number and let us help you with any questions you may have.
  2. We will review availability, answer your questions and discuss the best options for your trip
  3. The availability is confirmed  to match your needs, and any special services required are confirmed.
  4. We will ask for a 50% deposit to secure your vacation dates, since villas work on a first-come, first-served basis  A rental contract is then issued.
  5. Once the villa has been secured, we will assist with any arrangements you need – from car rentals and provisioning to private chef services
  6. A final document is presented prior to arrival to confirm everything that has been arranged, plus to provide all the contact info you'll need on site
  7. The final 50% of the rental fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival. Added to this is the “post-stay” cleaning & laundry cost of R 500.00
  8. When you arrive, there will be someone to meet you /pick you up or point you in the right direction to get to us
  9. Once at the villa, you're handed the keys, introduced to the staff, given a short tour and then left to enjoy your vacation!
  10. After a wonderful holiday, we collect the keys and say farewell... until the next time!
