Bedrooms

Downstairs
	A full king-size bed suite with lounge area and en-suite bathroom facing towards the garden, mountain and pool. Accessed through the adjoining study, this private suite with outside entrance is beautifully furnished in turquoise and white. Travertine floors and rugs complement the tasteful decor. Under-floor heating, satellite TV and DVD, hair dryer, & heated towel rails complete the sense of exclusivity. Bath robes, slippers and toiletries are provided.
Upstairs
	Main bedroom en suite – features an extremely spacious, luxurious suite with a large patio facing the wooded slopes of Table Mountain. With a king-sized bed, under-carpet heating, ceiling fan, walk-in dressing room and travertine and marble bathroom with twin showers and bath, the sense of comfort is wonderful. Satellite TV, radio & CD player, DVD, heated towel rails, and beautiful mirrored cupboards reflect the Persian rugs and superb quality furnishings. Bath robes, slippers and toiletries are provided.
	Mountain view en suite – a spacious, luxury suite with king-sized bed, fully carpeted and facing the mountains and pool, with access to the large patio. Under floor heating, CD player and heated towel rails in the travertine bathroom with its shower and bath complement the tasteful furnishings. Bath robes, slippers and toiletries are provided.
	Garden view en suite- a smaller suite with queen bed, fully carpeted and under-floor heating. Travertine bathroom and heated towel rails. A cosy and comfortable room with quality finishes and plenty of cupboards. Bath robes, slippers and toiletries are provided.

Living Areas

Indoors
	The formal lounge and dining rooms are beautifully furnished with fine paintings, antiques and Persian rugs over travertine floors. Spacious and elegant, they create with the fire-place a special retreat . The informal family rooms with satellite plasma TV and DVD, couches and comfy arm chairs offer a relaxing environment for entertainment, leading onto both the main patio and the open-plan kitchen.
	The kitchen and scullery are fully equipped with everything you may need: Gas hob, electric oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A fridge and separate freezer create plenty of food storage. Quality crockery & cutlery for up to 15 guests is provided. A separate study with scanner/copier/fax and high-speed internet access point provides a home-office facility for the busy executive A guest toilet completes the downstairs services.
Outdoors
	Dine and lounge outdoors in this superb entertainment area. The 10 seat oak dining table and adjacent patio lounge with couches and fireplace, create a luxurious holiday environment. Facing the gardens, pool and mountain , the views are spectacular, natural and private. Protected from the winds, this is a great space to relax, read and chat over a glass of Constantia red!
	Around the corner is another smaller private patio with comfortable couches. The travertine pool is large and deep. Sun-loungers and towels are provided.
	The secure 3-car garage has automated doors, and accesses directly into the kitchen. Plenty of storage space is available. Exterior parking for up to 10 vehicles is available behind electric gates.
